1. Bistro du Soleil- 12 Main Street, Tarrytown

Nestled in the heart of Tarrytown, Bistro du Soleil brings a taste of the Mediterranean to Westchester. With its charming ambiance and delectable French-inspired cuisine, this cozy bistro has quickly become a favorite among locals and visitors alike. From savory crepes to mouthwatering seafood dishes, every bite is a culinary delight.

2. Liebmans Deli- 472 Ashford Avenue, Ardsley

Liebmans Deli has been serving up its famous pastrami sandwich, matzo ball soup, and potato latkes in the Bronx for 70 years. The Kosher deli has remained a foodie landmark since its opening in 1953 and has since decided to expand its delicacies to the 914. Westchester can expect a replica of the original Liebman Deli in terms of look and bites. Customers will be greeted by its retro yet minimalistic and modern restaurant design, thanks to business partner Craig Weitz.

3. Marigold Indian Restaurant- 434 White Plains Road, Eastchester

Michelin star chef Hemant Mathur will be opening a 55-seat Indian restaurant in Eastchester. The menu will be a celebration of Indian cuisine and reflect Chef Mathur’s commitment to progressive and traditional elements within his craft. This menu is a must-try if you want to immerse yourself in the uniquely prepared dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Dishes include Chapli kebab with mint chutney, portobello mushroom with a cashew-saffron sauce, and seafood curry with bay scallops, shrimp, and fish.

4. The Ambleside Pub – 23 East Main Street, Mt Kisco

Mount Kisco’s  new authentic British country pub is a welcome addition. Head over to The Ambleside to sip on a pint of traditional cask ales among other British beverages. The noshes on the menu are a welcome addition.  

5. Casa Mary Cantina-  736 N Broadway, White Plains

The cantina is a fusion of Guatemalan and Italian fare and named after the owner’s grandmother, who recently passed away. Mary worked for an Italian family where she mastered a handful of staple Italian recipes that her grandkids continue to cook. The cantina boasts a vibrant atmosphere and serves up Italian favorites such as chicken Francese alongside Guatemalan dishes like parrillada Guatemalteca.

6. LEMAK- 62 Garth Road, Scarsdale

A new Malaysian eatery is making its way to Scarsdale this year, opened by experienced restaurateurs Jeevan Pullan and Roshan Balan, who in recent years have established their names within the county. The two brothers run some well-loved eateries in Westchester, including Vega Mexican Cuisine and NH-44 Indian in Hartsdale, as well as TAKO Mexican Street Food in Yonkers and Harrison and Jaipore Xpress in Briarcliff Manor.
